President receives letter from Qatar Amir

SANA'A, March 07 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Saturday a letter
from Qatar's Amir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani during his meeting with the
Qatari Minister of State Abdullah al-Atayyh who is currently visiting Yemen.

The letter included two invitations for President Saleh to attend the coming Arab
summit that would be held by end of this month and the second summit between Arab
countries and the South American countries that will be held in Doha on 31st March.

President Saleh asked the Qatari Minister to convey his best regards to the Amir of
Qatar and wishes of good health for him and further progress and prosperity for the
Qatari people.

He hoped that the coming Arab summit would come out the results that serve Arab
solidarity and joint Arab work to face current challenges facing the Arab world.
