Yemen provides educational support to Somalia

SANA'A, March, 4 (Saba)- Minister of Education Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi
discussed on Wednesday with Somali counterpart Ahmad al-Sheikh
cooperation between the two countries in educational field.

The two parts discussed activating cooperation protocol signed
between the two ministries. The meeting dealt with possible support
from the Yemeni educational ministry in to Somalis in field of
preparing curriculums and the ministry's reshuffling.

In the meeting, al-Jawfi affirmed importance of enhancing
educational relations between the two countries. He voiced Yemen's
readiness to provide Somalia with educational potentials.

For his part, the Somali Education Minister highlighted Yemen's
support in different fields, especially in educational field.
