ERC witnesses start of construction works for Hadramaut community building

MUKALLA, 2nd May, 2018 (WAM) -- A delegation from the Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, led by Ahmed Al Niyadi, Head of the ERC Team in Hadramaut, today attended the start of the construction of the "Hadramaut Events, Celebrations and Conferences Council Building" in Mukalla District, the capital of Hadramaut Governorate, Yemen. The contract to construct the building was signed yesterday by the ERC and the Bonyan Contractors Office in Mukalla, in the presence of Major General Faraj Salmeen Al Bahsani, Governor of Hadramaut. During the inspection visit, the delegation was accompanied by several ERC engineers in Hadramaut and from the Bonyan Office, who explained the construction stages and infrastructure of the building, which are line with the project’s design and plan. The building’s construction is part of the ERC’s infrastructure projects in Yemen and the directives of the wise leadership, led by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to restore normal living conditions, reconstruct vital establishments and facilities and provide the best services, through implementation development projects in Yemen’s liberated governorates.
