Yemeni-Mauritanian talks in Fisheries area

SANA'A, March 04 (Saba) - Fisheries Minister Mohammed Mohammed Saleh
Shamlan talked on Wednesday with Mauritanian ambassador to Yemen
Bilal Ould Warzig on ways to activate memos of understanding signed
by the two countries in the field of fisheries.

During their meeting held here, Shamlan and Warzig reviewed
bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries and their
experiences in the fields of fishing, the canning and fish export
and industries.

The Yemeni official and the Mauritanian diplomat stressed the
importance of developing the joint work of their countries in this
area.

The Mauritanian ambassador invited Shamlan to visit Mauritania to
get acquainted with the activities of fish industries of his country.
