Iran wushu team ranks 1st in Hong Kong contests

Tehran, March 3, IRNA -

Iran's Wushu Tai Chi Chuan team ranked first in the Hong Kong
International Competitions on Monday.

The Iranian team snatched seven medals in men's and ten medals in
women's categories.

In men's category, the Iranian team bagged three gold, two silver and
two bronze medals.

In women's category, Iranian athletes snatched four gold, two silver
and four bronze medals.

The Hong Kong International Competitions were held from February 28 to
March 1.

Wushu is a modern exhibition and full-contact sport based on
traditional Chinese martial arts.
