1- Coordination between the Saudi Commission for Tourism and
Antiquities and the relevant governmental departments to provide the
required services and facilities to improve the chosen villages and
neighborhoods,
2- Granting the owner of the building or site a license to
practice certain activities that can create investment opportunities
and are compatible with the nature of the building,
3- Granting the owner of the building a loan through the Bank of
Lending and Saving - according to its regulation - to restore,
maintain and rehabilitate the building.
The Cabinet decreed that the National Commission for Wildlife
Conservation & Development shall carry out the task of the national
contact point stated in the 26th article of the protocol on the
preservation of the biodiversity and the establishment of a network
of protected areas in the region of the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden
approved by the royal decree number m/41 dated on 20/7/1429 H.
