Yemen, China sign two agreements of judicial cooperation

SANA'A, March 02 (Saba)- Yemen and China signed on Monday two
agreement of judicial cooperation between the two countries in
fields of criminal matters and extraditing criminals

The agreements were signed by the head of the international
cooperation circile at the ministry of justice Yahya al-Khazan and
deputy chairman of the legal department at the Chinese foreign
ministry So Hangh.

Minister of Justice Ghazi al-Aghbari affirmed importance of the two
agreements to enhance the bilateral relations between Yemen and
China, wishing to sign finally agreements in judicial cooperation in
fields of commercial and civil cases.

Al-Aghbari affirmed concern of Yemen to boost its ties with china in
different fields including judiciary, pointing out to the judicial
reforms done by Yemen during the previous period.

For his part, Hangh wished to finalize all measures to sign further
agreements of judicial cooperation, affirming importance of the two
agreements signed in this regard.
