Lebanese PM in Yemen next Saturday
SANA'A, Mar. 02 (Saba) - Lebanese Prime Minister Fouad Siniora is to
begin next Saturday an official visit to Yemen lasting for two days.
During the visit, Siniora will chair along with Prime Minister Ali
Mujawar meetings of the Yemeni-Lebanese supreme ministerial
committee.
The meetings will address a number of issues aiming enhancing
current cooperation between Yemen and Lebanon under the joint
governmental directions to realize more opening in the
Yemeni-Lebanese bilateral cooperation ties, Undersecretary of
Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation Hisham Sharaf
said.
He added that some cooperation agreements would be signed during the
meetings in several areas including judgment, tourism, fishery,
trade, education and investment
Moreover, the meetings intend enhancing trade and investment
exchange and opening up opportunities for Yemeni and Lebanese
investors to avail from advantages in the two countries.
The meetings of Yemeni-Lebanese supreme ministerial committee have a
special significance as they will push the bilateral cooperation
frames forward between the two brotherly countries to wider horizons
than before.
