$20mln Malaysian hotel project in Mukalla discussed

MUKALLA, Feb. 28 (Saba)- Secretary General of Hadramout Local
Council governorate Saeed BaYamani held a meeting on Saturday with
the Malaysian trade delegation headed by the deputy chairman of
Malaysian commercial and industrial chamber Mohammed Muhyyedin over
projects that would be implemented in the governorate including a
hotel in Mukalla city at sum of $ 20 million.

The secretary general discussed with the delegation phases of the
project and plans of the Malaysian businessmen to set up investments
in Yemen in coming period.

The secretary general welcomed Malaysian investments in Yemen in
different fields, saying that the local council would offer all
facilities to bring these investments into success.
