Yemen, China talk judicial cooperation
SANA'A, Feb. 28 (Saba) - Yemen and China talked here on Saturday
about strengthening the judicial cooperation between the two
friendly countries.
The talks, which were was co-chaired by General Manager of
International Cooperation in Justice Ministry Yahya al-Khazan and
Deputy Chairman of Legal Affairs in the Chinese Foreign Ministry,
dealt with the some drafts of judicial cooperation agreements in
several fields such as criminal cases and extraditing criminals.
Al-Khazan assured Yemen's keenness on developing the judicial
cooperation ties with China, indicating to the significance of
exchanging experiences and delegations' visits in the judicial
fields for availing from the two countries' judicial experiences.
For his part, head of the Chinese side confirmed the importance of
expanding the judicial cooperation ties between the two friendly
countries, pointing to the 50-year deep ties between Yemen and China.
