Studying extension of current Parliament term next Thursday

SANA'A, Feb. 25 (Saba) - The parliament approved on Wednesday
considering a request of two-year extension for the current
council's term next Thursday.

In its session chaired by the Speaker of Parliament Yahya al-Rae'i,
the heads of parties' blocs in the parliament presented the request
to make the necessary amendments to some constitution's articles to
allow the extension.

Moreover, the Parliament also ratified a loan agreement signed
between Yemen and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to contribute
to financing water and sanitation supplies in Hotah city of Lahj
governorate.
