Police chief arrives in Beijing

Police Chief Brigadier General Esmaeil Ahmadi Moqaddam arrived in
Beijing to attend a meeting on fight against drug .

On the occasion of centenary of establishment of an international
conference to prohibit using drugs, a meeting with different countries
is to convene in the city of Shanghai, east of China.
The conference was held in 1909 in Shanghai for the first time.
General Moqaddam will represent Iran in the 2-day meeting.
Among participants are 16 international organizations which are active
in fight against drug.
Delegations from Austria, France, Germany, Britain, Italy, Japan, The
Netherlands, Portugal, Russia, Thailand, USA, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar
and Vietnam are attending the meeting, too.
