Yemen, US discuss cooperation in coastguard field
SANA'A, Feb. 23 (Saba) - Yemen and US discussed here on Monday the bilateral cooperation between the two friendly countries' armies, especially in coastguard field.
In a meeting gathered Chief of General Staff Ahmed al-Ashwal and the commander of
U.S. Marine Forces Central Command Samuel Heller and accompanying delegation, the
two sides reviewed cooperation efforts to fight against terrorism and piracy.
Heller praised the growing of the bilateral ties between the two friendly countries,
expressing his happiness to visit Yemen.
