Yemen, Syria hold talks over mutual cooperation

DAMASCUS, Feb. 23 (Saba)- Yemen and Syria held talks on Monday co-presided over by deputy prime minister for defense and security affairs Rashad al-Alimi and Syrian prime minister Muhammad Naji al-Utri over bilateral relations between the two countries.

The two sides affirmed concern to extend horizons of the mutual cooperation between
the two countries and increase trade exchange as well as encourage private sector in
both countries to set up joint projects.

They also pointed out to the importance of enhancing cooperation in fields of
education, culture and housing sector in addition to medicines industry.

They highlighted good level of the brotherly relations between the Yemeni and Syrian
peoples under sponsorship of the leadership of both countries.
