Yemen, EU discuss human rights issues
SANA'A, Feb. 23 (Saba) - Human Rights Ministry and European Union (EU) reviewed on Monday the development on legislation and laws of human rights in Yemen.
During the meeting, Human Rights Minister Huda al-Ban pointed out to the government
interest in women political rights in various fields.
For its part, the EU delegation affirmed that in spite of Yemen's economic and
population conditions, it can be considered as a typical country in addressing the
democratic issues and human rights.
