Yemen to join Syrian-Jordanian navigation company

DAMASCUS, Feb. 19 (Saba)- Ministry of Transport and the
Syrian-Jordanian company for marine navigation singed on Thursday,
in the Syrian capital Damascus, an agreement minutes on Yemen's
joining to the Syrian-Jordanian company for marine navigation.

The minutes stipulates that the company capital shall be at $15
million to be equally shared by the thee partners.

The cabinet approved in December 2008 inclusion of Yemen to the
company which comes within the framework of executive procedures of
the decisions of the Yemeni-Syrian High Committee and the
Yemeni-Jordanian High Committee to increase volume of commercial
exchange of various industrial products.
