Yemen, Donors delay third consultative meeting

SANA'A, Feb. 20 (Saba) - Yemen and its Development partners of donor
countries, organizations and funds agreed on Friday delaying the
third consultative meeting.

The date of the meeting, which was to be held next Sunday in Sana'a,
will be set later, head of the Foreign Aid Coordination Unit at the
Planning and International Cooperation Ministry Nabil Shaiban said.

He made clear that Yemen and donors agreed on delaying the meeting
because it will coincide with another donor meeting to be held on
Sunday would be dedicated for mobilize efforts to reconstruct the
Gaza Strip. Ministers of Foreign and Finance of Gulf States will
take part in the Gaza reconstruction meeting.

The third consultative meeting between Yemen and donors was to be
held to follow up the implementation of the London Donor
Conference's results.
