Yemen to build a village for Tsunami affected people

SANA'A, Feb. 18 (Saba )- Minister of Public Works and Roads Omer
al-Kurshomi discussed on Wednesday with Indonesian President's
envoy Alawi Shihab practical steps for constructing Yemeni village
in Indonesia.

Yemen had donated constructing this village to people in Atcheah
province who were affected by Tsunami floods that swept the area in
2005.

Minister al-Kurshomi affirmed desire of the political leadership and
Yemeni government of instant start of constructing the village
which reflects cooperation between the two brotherly countries.

The meeting dealt with mutual cooperation between Yemen and
Indonesia in field of public works and roads and means of enhancing
and improving them.
