DPRK's Doctorate in Sports Science Conferred on Chairman of Indian Taekwon-Do Association

Pyongyang, September 18 (KCNA) -- The doctorate in sports science of the DPRK was conferred on Rajendran Balan, chairman of the Indian Association of Taekwon-Do. He contributed to strengthening the Federation and developing Taekwon-do techniques. An awarding ceremony took place at the People's Palace of Culture Sunday. -0-
