Sentence against Yemeni Jew's killer next March

SANA'A, Feb. 16 (Saba)- Amran Specialized Penal Court has named 02 March for announcing the verdict in the case of the killer of Masha al-Nahari, a Yemeni Jew.

In the hearing session, held on Monday under the chairmanship of Abdul-Bari Uqbah,
the prosecutor presented a report on mental and psychological condition of the
accused Abdul-Aziz al-Abdi when he committed the crime. The report indicated that
the killer suffer mental disorder.
The advocate of the accused presented medical reports on psychological and mental
conditions of the killer. These reports indicate that al-Abdi suffers mental and
psychological disturbances.

Meanwhile, the advocate of the victim said these reports must not be approved
because those who did them did not testify before the court.
The court then listened to final proceedings by the prosecutors and lawyer of the
victim. All of them affirmed completing their arguments in this issue.
