Al-Jawfi receives WB education team
SANA'A, Feb. 16 (Saba)- Minister of Education Abdul-Salam al-Jawfi discussed on Monday with the World Bank team of improving primary education project, headed by Aisha Fuda, and discussed with them improvement phases of the project and its achievements since its establishment.
The meeting dealt with expanding the project and putting solutions and remedies for
difficulties facing the project work.
The minister affirmed that the project is considered the first in the ministry's
programmes for its visible changes in the educational process either with respect to
infrastructure or improving inputs and outputs of education.
He reviewed achievements of school map in finding out an educational data base in
addition to providing donors with educational data.
