Yemen, WB discuss implementing BEDP annual review
SANA'A, Feb.16 (Saba) - Yemen and World Bank discussed here on Monday the educational programs and activities related to carrying out the annual review of the Basic Education Department Program (BEDP) next May 2009.
During his meeting with the WB's team in charge of the reviewing the donor-funded
BEDP, Deputy Education Minister Abdullah al-Hamedi reviewed the ministry's efforts
for improving its educational activities and programs and their impact on the
education quality and outcomes.
The meeting emphasized the necessity of availing from the successful programs when
setting up the educational activities and plans for this year as well as getting
advantage from the donors' notes in this regard.
