Vietnamese businesses in Russia strengthens alliance

Moscow (VNA) - The Association of Vietnamese Businesses in Russia (AVBR) has been successful in strengthening the cooperation among Vietnamese entrepreneurs and promoting investment in the European country.

AVBR President Tran Dang Chung, at the association's annual conference on Feb. 15,
said it worked hard in the role as a bridge for the two countries' businesses in
their economic-trade and investment activities.

In addition to promoting images of Vietnamese businesses in Russia , the
association also actively took part in social and charitable activities,
particularly fund raising drives for fellow-citizens and local people.

Addressing the conference, Ambassador to Russia Bui Dinh Dinh appreciated the
association's operation, especially its contribution to the friendship and strategic
partnership between Vietnam and Russia .
He suggested that the AVBR further investment promotion activities and assist
Vietnamese businesses to join in the Moscow International Tourism Fair scheduled on
March 18-21 and the Vietnam Expo slated for Sept. 15-18.-Enditem
