4th conference of Gulf Union for Combating Cancer to be started

SANA'A, Feb. 15 (Saba)-Fourth conference for Gulf Union for
Combating Cancer will be started in Sana'a on Monday.

Some 450 researchers and doctors from Yemen, Gulf countries as well
as Arab and foreign counties are taking part in the conference that
will be held for period from 16 to 17 February.


Director of the national program of combating cancer Ali al-Kholani
stated to Saba that the conference is organized by the Ministry of
Public Health and Population and National Corporation for Combating
Cancer in cooperation with the Gulf Union.

The conference would discuss a set of researches and studies about
the disease and development related to cure from the disease,
al-Kholani said.

He said that holding the conference in Sana'a would enhance health
cooperation between the national corporation and the Gulf union as
well as international and Arab organizations.
