Yemen keen on availing from Dubai Customs experience
SANA'A, Feb. 11 (Saba) - Yemen is keen on benefiting from the technical experience of Dubai Customs, Finance Minster Numan al-Suhaybi said on Wednesday.
He praised, during his meeting with a technical delegation of Dubai Customs in UAE,
the great contribution of Dubai Customs' to developing the performance of Djibouti
customs.
Finance Minster Numan al-Suhaybi discussed here on Wednesday with a technical
delegation of Dubai Customs in UAE ways of enhancing cooperation between the Yemen
Customs Authority and Dubai Customs.
He pointed out that a technical team from Yemen Customs Authority would pay visits
to each of Dubai and Djibouti Customs to get acquainted closely with nature of the
custom development there, affirming Yemen's intention to avail form all regional and
international experience to upgrade the custom authority performance.
Several issues related to the modern customs systems and ways of benefiting from the
steady development to promote Yemen Customs Authority's capacities were also
discussed in the meeting.
