Government forms committee for preparing human rights strategy

SANA'A, Feb. 10 (Saba)- The government approved in its meeting held
on Tuesday forming elaborated committee for preparing the project of
the national strategy for human rights.

To be chaired by minister of human rights and with concerned bodies
as members, the committee would work on enhancing human rights in
Yemen in different fields and affirming the national responsibility
of all governmental bodies, civil society organizations and all
society individuals in this field.

Earlier, the cabinet discussed the ministry of human rights' vision
over preparing the strategy that aims at enhancing situation of
human rights and freedoms.
