Yemen encourages local and foreign investors

SANA'A, Feb. 10 (Saba) - Yemen encourages local and foreign
investors and grants big investment merits in different fields,
especially economical sectors, Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rae'i
said Tuesday.

During his meeting with the Arab Bank -Yemen Area Manager Omar
al-Sous, al-Rae'i made reference to the Yemeni legislations which
assure the complete protection for investors and their investments
and offer the necessary facilities for investment activities
including investment in banking sector.

The two sides dealt with subjects related to offering more
facilities in the banking sector so as to be enabled to perform its
positive role in the economical and developmental conditions.

Al-Sous expressed his appreciation of the facilities and guarantees
assured by the Yemeni legislations, briefing the Parliament Speaker
on the bank's activity and its growing successes.
