Party delegation visits UK
London (VNA) - Deputy Head Nguyen Bac Son of the Party Central Committee's Information and Education Commission, led a delegation to visit UK to seek ways to boost information dissemination for the promotion of Vietnam's image.
During the Feb. 7-9 visit, the delegation worked with the UK and European leading
magazine, the Economist, discussing measures to increase information about
Vietnam in English newspapers.
The delegation also met with representatives of the Vietnamese community in UK
and learnt about their demand for information.
Earlier, they had a working session with correspondents of the UK-based Vietnam News
Agency's bureau to probe into the impacts of Vietnam 's information on British
