Next Monday determined for final arguments in case of killing Jewish

AMRAN, Feb. 09 (Saba)- Penal Court of Amran determined on Monday
next Monday as a hearing for final arguments in the case of killing
a Jewish citizen Mashi Yaish who was killed last September.

The court also asked to refer the medical report presented on the
condition of defendant Abdul-Aziz al-Ubadi to a health committee at
al-Thawra Hospital in Sana'a capital. According to the report,
al-Ubadi is suffering from bad psychological condition.
