Saleh briefed on AL efforts to implement Kuwait resolutions

SANA'A, Feb. 07 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh was briefed
Saturday on the moves the Secretariat-General of the Arab League
(AL) exerts to follow up the implementation of the Kuwait Arab
summit's resolutions on Arab conciliation.

During his meeting with the AL's Secretary General Amr Musa, the
President accentuated Yemen's keenness on achieving the Arab
conciliation and enhancing solidarity among Arab States,
highlighting the significance of preparing well to the coming Arab
summit in Doha, the Qatari capital.

Musa, for his part, introduce the President to the underway
arrangements the AL Secretariat-General make for convening the
coming Arab summit in Doha.

Moreover, the meeting dealt with situation in Arab world, topped by
the developments in the Gaza strip and the exerted efforts to
realize the Palestinian unity based on the previous agreements
between Fatah and Hamas signed in Mecca, Cairo and Sana'a.
