Yemen, AGFUND to implement early childhood development project
SANA'A, Feb. 07 (Saba) - Yemen is to implement an early childhood
development project at cost $250,000 funded by Arab Gulf Program for
United Nations Development Organizations (AGFUND).
Minister of Education Abdul Salam al-Jawfi agreed with AGFUND
representative and UNESCO official on implementing the project,
which will last for three years, and training the project's cadres.
During the meeting, they discussed completing the final arrangements
for signing the project's agreement by the Minister of Education and
chairman of the AGFUND Prince Talal Bin Abdul Aziz.
The project is to be carried out in collaboration with AGFUND and
UNESCO Regional Office for Education.
