Possibilities of setting up electronic city in Aden discussed

ADEN, Feb. 05 (Saba)- Assistance deputy governor of Aden Ahmed
al-Dali held a meeting on Thursday with the regional director of the
American telecom company SICKO for Yemen and Ethiopian regions Yaman
Abu Saleh over possibilities of setting up electronic city in the
governorate.

They discussed means of benefiting from the experiences of the
company in field of e-government and use of technologies to offer
services for employers easily.

Al-Dali said that the governorate's leadership is ready to extend
fields of the cooperation with the company and benefiting from its
experiences as well as find out plan for cooperation in field of
training youths in telecommunication institute to improve their
skills to enable them get good jobs.

For his part, the regional director of the company pointed out to
the future projects that would be done to prepare Aden to host 20th
Gulf football Competition which attract investors to participate in
those projects.
