President Saleh receives GCC Health Ministers

SANA'A, Feb. 05 (Saba) - President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here Health ministers
of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) States, who participated in the 66th conference
meetings of the 34th round of GCC Health Ministers.

After welcoming the participants, the President Saleh was briefed on the outcomes of
the 66th conference meetings concluded its activities here on Wednesday.

He hailed the current cooperation between Yemen and the GCC States and their
assistance to the Ministry of Public Health and Population to implement Malaria
anti-campaign in the country.

The president emphasized that the government would keep on carrying out the
immunization and awareness campaigns for combating diseases.

The GCC ministers congratulated the President Saleh and the Yemeni people on
eliminating the Polio from the country, appreciating the president sponsorship to
such campaigns.
