one-stop property shop launched

Hanoi (VNA) - The Vietnam Glass and Ceramics for Construction Corporation
(Viglacera) inaugurated a real estate trade exchange at the Viglacera building in
Hanoi on Feb. 4.

Located on Lang-Hoa Lac road in the west of the nation's capital, an ideal location
as it is already home to numerous large-scale real estate projects, the 400 sq.m.
exchange has been given the go-ahead by the Ministry of Construction to be developed
into a standardised model.

The exchange will offer a range of realty services, including brokerage,
assessment and consultancy services, as well as relevant legal and administrative
property services.

During the inauguration ceremony, the Viglacera Infrastructure Development Company
and the Viglacera Mechanical Company signed contracts with the exchange, governing
the supply of relevant goods.

The Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank), on behalf
of several banks, signed agreements regarding the provision of capital to
facilitate the exchange's operations.

On this occasion, Viglacera officials, with an eye towards establishing an
alliance between the nation's realty trade exchanges, signed cooperation
agreements with three of them.-Enditem
