“EFFORTS ON TRANSFORMATION CEYHAN TO INTERNATIONAL POWER CENTER CONTINUE,” TURKISH PREMIER

Ankara, 4 February (AzerTac). In his statement in country`s parliament the Prime
Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that his country was the active
participant of such grandiose projects as Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum,
and, continuing work on new power projects, will achieve transformation of the
Ceyhan Terminal to the international power center. By this time, via BTC pipeline on
the world markets it was exported 70 million tons of crude oil.
Recep Tayyip Erdogan underlined that the Company BOTAS has enclosed serious
investments in these and other projects and, having completed construction of the
pipeline Turkey-Greece, becomes the exporter of power resources.
