Court resumes trial of suspects in charge of contacting with Israel




SANA'A, Feb. 02 (Saba)-The penal court of Sana'a capital listened on
Monday to accusations against the third suspect of contacting with
Israel.

In the hearing, the prosecution read the accusations against the
third suspect Ali Mahfal which include charges of counterfeiting
official document asked by the first suspect Basam al-Hidari and
printing statements under name of Islamic Jihad Organization.

The lawyer of the third defendant presented an argument in which he
doubted about accusations against his client.

The prosecution asked to show evidence and reply on the argument of
the lawyer by next session. The court decided to adjourn the trial
until next month.

Meanwhile, the appeal court started on Monday looking in a case of
Yahya Y. Hussein who was sentenced to death by the penal court in
charge of rubbing and killing a kid, Hamdi Ahmed Abdullah, 11.

The court decided to talk with the lawyers bar to appoint a lawyer
for the convict and make a medical report on the condition of the
convict to present it in coming hearing next Saturday.
