Russian president extends condolences over boat accident

Hanoi (VNA) - Russian President D. Metvedev sent a message of condolences to his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Minh Triet on January 28 over a recent boat accident that killed 42 people in central Quang Binh province.

The accident happened in the early morning of January 25, the last day of the
Year of the Rat, when the boat carrying nearly 80 people onboard capsized.-Enditem
