New Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to UN appointed

By Presidential decree, Kairat Umarov was relieved of his post of the Kazakhstan Ambassador to the U.S. and has been appointed Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the United Nations Organization, Kazinform learnt from Akorda.
