Speaker warns UAE over treatment of Iranian nationals
Tehran, Jan 28, IRNA - Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani warned the United Arab Emirates (UAE) over the treatment of Iranian nationals upon their arrival in UAE airports.
He said, despite the high volume of trade exchanges between the two
countries, the Iranian parliament was ready to seriously deal with the
issue of the UAE?s improper treatment of Iranian passengers in its
airports.
He said the Iranian parliament would consider fresh measures against
the UAE if it observes no changes in the UAE?s manners towards the
Iranians.
Larijani further stressed the strong opposition of Iranian parliament
members to the UAE officials? conduct towards the Iranian nationals.
