3 exhibits underway to help Gaza people
Tehran, Jan 27, IRNA - A part of the proceedings from three exhibitions featuring visual arts in Tehran?s Fine Arts Academy will go to the people of Gaza.
The events have been organized as part of the programs to mark 30th
victory anniversary of 1979 Islamic Revolution.
Some 80 paintings, calligraphies and miniatures by contemporary
artists using oil color, acrylic and water color techniques are on
display at the exhibitions.
The exhibits also feature some 50 tableaux painted by students
studying in the academy.
Works on display are on sale and a part of the proceedings will be
devoted to Gazans who suffered huge damage during the 22-day war.
The event will continue until February 5.
