Azerbaijani referee receives UEFA first category

Baku, December 6, AZERTAC Azerbaijani referee Aliyar Aghayev has received UEFA first category. He became the first Azerbaijani referee to get the first category. Azerbaijani referee is now eligible to control UEFA Champions League group and playoff matches.
