Russian warship arrives in Aden port

ADEN, Jan. 20 (Saba) - A Russian warship arrived in Aden port on
Tuesday in a visit for several days.

The Russian ship's visit to Aden comes within the framework of the
bilateral cooperation ties between Yemen and Russia, particularly in
fields of fighting against terrorism and combating piracy as well as
securing the maritime navigation in the international waters in Aden
Gulf.

The ship's crew was received by a number of military and security
leaderships in the South Military Command, Coastguard Authority and
local authority's officials in Aden governorate.
