The 8th meeting of Saudi Society for Geosciences SSG 2 Jeddah

The main objective of the meeting is to deepen and strengthen the
relationship among the geoscientists interested in earth sciences to
share knowledge and experience, to exchange information and
experiences relating to earth science, to maintain scientific
contacts among geoscientists, to develop scientific and professional
performance, and to identify the latest technology in different earth
science.

The themes of the meeting will be on environmental geology and mine
waste management, hydrogeology, water resources development,
earthquakes, volcanism, geohazards, sedimentology, stratigraphy,
petroleum geology, geochemistry, marine geology, structural geology,
remote sensing, GIS and tectonics, Arabian –Nubian shield, mineral
resources and mining development.
