Iranian media delegation visits Iraqi national TV

An Iranian media delegation headed by Foreign Ministry spokesman
visited Iraqi national television " Al-Araqieh" on Monday and
discussed issues of mutual interest with reporters, editors and
directors of the TV.

Head of Al-Araqieh TV Hassan Ali Aziz al-Mousavi by referring toIran's
experiences in different fields of producing TV programs, movies ,
educational technology and gaining international awards called for
using Iranian experiences in these fields.
Considering negative propaganda against Iran , during Saddam Hussein
regime, Al-Mousavi said that it is necessary to remove the image by
wide cooperation between media of both countries.
Foreign Ministry Spokesman Hassan Qashqavi , for his part, expressed
Iran's readiness to transfer experiences to Iraqi media.
The Iranian delegation also met and discussed with a number of Iraqi
journalists from different newspapers, magazines and news agencies.
In the meeting Qashqavi answered Iraqis media persons questions
concerning Iran's foreign policy as well as international and regional
issues.
