Iran-Iraq trade exchange growing

Iraqi consul in the western Iranian province of Kermanshah Abdul
Sattar Jamil said on Monday that the trade exchange between Iran and
Iraq as well as mutual relations in economic fields and the exchange
of pilgrims between the two countries are growing.

In his meeting with Iranian governor of western province of Ilam
Mir-Mohammad Gharavi, the Iraqi official said his country needs
effective cooperation with Iran.

For his part, the Iranian governor said the obstacles on the way of
Iranians' pilgrimage to Iraq should be removed by Iraqi officials.

He added that Ilam is quite ready to boost economic ties with Iraq's
neighborly provinces.
