Official: Israeli truce indicates Tel Aviv`s defeat in Gaza

Chairman of the Strategic Studies at the Presidential Office,
Ali-Reza Zaker Isfahani, said on Sunday that Israel?s unilateral
cease-fire in Gaza indicated its absolute defeat.

Israel?s unilateral truce in Gaza has shown that the Zionist regime in
no longer capable of pursuing its vicious goals in the besieged area,?
the official told IRNA.
Israel has realized that it was faced with the world oppressed on its
deadly war on defenseless Gazans, Isfahani added.
He said that the objective behind Tel Aviv?s atrocities in Gaza was
?to destroy a generation and help another survive.?
?Israel would never be proud of its war on Gaza as Palestinian
resistance would someday annihilate the Zionist regime?s fake glory,?
Isfahani stressed.
Criticizing Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Jordan for their silence vis-à-vis
the Israeli atrocities in Gaza, the official said, ?The three Arab and
Islamic states have indeed supported the oppressor.?
The Zionist regime announced a unilateral cease-fire late on Saturday
ending its 22 days of deadly attacks on the defenseless people of the
Gaza Strip which have left over 1,100 killed and more than 5,000
injured mostly women and children.
