Traffic accidents cause death to 40 people
SANA'A, Jan.17 (Saba) - About 40 people from different age groups have been died
last week as a result of traffic accidents in the Yemeni provinces.
As a result of those incidents, which amounted to 265 accidents, 197 people were
seriously injured and 152 people slight injuries, as well as the financial losses
amounted to YR 25,000,000 .
According to the report of the General Administration of Interior Ministry, the main
causes of these accidents were the excessive speed, negligence and the technical
defects in the cars.
