Chief of Staff attends live fire exercise

Manama, July 19 (BNA): Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Chief of staff Lt-Gen Diab bin Saqer Al-Nuaimi today attended a live ammunition training exercise conducted by a number of Royal Bahraini Navy Force (RBNF) vessels that hit targets with high precision. Chief of Staff lauded the results achieved that accentuate the RBNF's efficiency in hitting their targets with high precision. He said that training exercises actively contribute to the development of the RBNF's capabilities in dealing with various combat situations. He added that live fire exercises are part of the modernization strategy adopted by the Bahrain Defence Force. The exercise was also attended by Royal Bahrain Naval Force commander Rear Admiral Shaikh Khalifa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, Director of Joint Operations Brigadier Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa, Director of Military Training Brigadier Salah Rashid Al-Saad and a number of senior BDF officers.
