Al-Arhabi meets ASIC mission

SANA'A, Jan. 14 (Saba) - Minister of Planning and International
Cooperation Abdul Karim al-Arhabi met on Wednesday a delegation of
Administrative Services International Corporation (ASIC).

During the meeting, the Yemeni official reviewed with the delegation
the available cooperation aspects between ASIC and Yemen
particularly in a project of activating the government's plans in
reforms programs which ASIC seeks to implement in cooperation with
Finance Ministry.

The project aims at strengthening the government efficiency and
developing an electronic financial system connecting the Projects
Departments of Ministries of Education and Agriculture as well as
connecting Planning Ministry and Central Bank of Yemen with the
donors via internet.

Al-Arhabi confirmed the government's attention for availing from the
available cooperation aspects with ASIC.
