Polish President receives new Yemeni ambassador

WARSAW, Jan.14 (Saba) - The President of Poland Lech Kaczynski
received on Wednesday credentials of Ali Abdul-Aziz Aqlan as a new
Yemeni ambassador to Poland.

During their meeting, the Polish President welcomed the Yemeni
diplomat, wishing success to his duties and tasks to develop the
cooperation relations between the two countries.

Kaczynski asked Aqlan to convey his best greetings to President Ali
Abdullah Saleh, wishing more progress for the Yemeni-Polish
relations.

The Polish President talked with the Yemeni ambassador on the issues
of common concern, particularly the situations in the Gaza Strip.

The Polish President affirmed the importance of stopping the
bloodshed in Gaza, condemning the Israeli aggression on Gaza people.
